In our Lil' Kidz Zone, 3-5 year-olds enjoy the creative, interactive Bible teaching of Lil' K and Kai from the creators of KIDMO.
-
Preschoolers start off the morning with their friends and Small Group teachers for a time of relaxed play and lesson introduction. Then........... they're off to "Count Down" to meet Lil' K and Kai!
-
The hosts of story time, Lil’ K and Kai, take the kidz on a journey of discovery as they explore the lesson objective for the day. Your preschoolers will learn how the Doodad of the Day relates to the objective and how they can live out God’s word, each and every day. There are keys to find, chests to open, and the silly yet always wise Professor Sock, who will help decode the mystery of each day’s doodad!
-
Kidz will be introduced to the Daily Memory Verse and will repeat and practice it throughout the morning. Ask them about it!
-
During Song Time, each episode includes a sing-a-long worship song that all can participate in. Kidz sing, jump, shout, move and worship as they enjoy the music!
-
After the teaching portion of the program, the kidz are given a snack and a beverage. The program continues with Group Activities designed to reinforce the lesson. In the first of these, kidz participate in a review time, then play some fun, active, bible-learning games. It’s fun with a purpose! Then pass the glue sticks; it’s time for the craft! Each lesson contains a craft identifying a specific teaching element. The goal is to associate the lesson objective to preschooler’s lives in simple, sometimes messy, always relevant ways!
-
And then finally each week kidz receive the take home Map Book. This application based review of the Bible story and lesson is delivered through fun learning activities. We encourage families to complete the Map Books each week and return them to Lil' Kidz Zone. All completed Map Books earn stickers toward a special prize!
Your Lil' Kidz won't want to miss a single week! Lil' K is offered each Sunday at 9:45 & 11:15 am in the Preschool Wing.
