High School Journey Groups (9th thru 12th grade)

What is Journey?

   Journey is our high school only small group ministry. A group consists of 10-30 students that are broken down into 2-3 smaller groups at each location.  The groups meet every Wednesday night to strengthen and build friendships, have fun and study God's word. Journey groups are led by well-trained, caring adults that invest in the lives of high school students by building relationships and leading discussions about what it means to be a Jesus follower. All the groups study the same topics and passages.

Why should I join a Journey group?

   We desire for all high school students to have an opportunity to worship, serve and study throughout each week. Journey

will help you make connections with others and God's word. You'll have the opportunity to voice your questions and grow.

Journey is an ideal place to be heard and make new friends.

When and where do Journey groups meet?

   Journey groups meet in homes and at the church on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:30 pm.  We don't want location to prohibit you from being a part of Journey.

Can I be in a Journey group with my friends?

  YES...Journey groups are ultimately about building stronger friendships within our high school ministry. Since you have the choice of a group, we'll make every effort to place everyone in a group that best fits their needs.

Will all the Journey groups meet as a whole periodically?

  YES..All the groups meet together at church on the first Wednesday night of each month. We'll play games, worship, study and do special events.
