WellSpring is a confidential support group for women struggling with soul wounds. In this "safe" setting you will experience validation, be empowered, and rediscover strength, trust and hope, as well as find solace and resources to help you overcome the pain you are experiencing.  This group will work from the book, "The Wounded Woman, Hope & Healing for Those Who Hurt" by Dr. Steve Stephens & Pam Vredevelt.
