In Oregon, schools started last week or will begin next week. Last year I was impressed by the adaptability and determination that students, teachers, school administrators, and parents showed. Never have families and educators had to adjust and pivot in so many different ways, or so often...
It’s time to start again. Whether you have kids in school or not, may I challenge you to begin the new school year in prayer?

for students to learn the life lessons that will give them strength, courage, and confidence for the future.
I boldly ask that you join Sara and me in prayer for our two sons, their classmates, and teachers as in person instruction begins. Nothing could produce a more powerful outcome than for us to pray for students, parents, teachers and school workers everywhere.
